About Us

Bluestone Realty Group, LLC. is owned and operated by Sarah Cremer and Donald Cunningham, and currently has offices in South Abington and Montrose, PA. Bluestone is licensed to perform real estate in both Pennsylvania and New York, and has agents with commercial and investment experience, in addition to residential.

Our Story

Donnie and Sarah met in the fall of 2016, and after learning they both had the same business model for a real estate company, decided to partner up to open Bluestone Realty Group, LLC. In addition to the company model, Donnie and Sarah share a similar set of core values and beliefs. Bluestone believes in fair and honest dealings, while upholding the highest level of professionalism. Our clients are what make our company, and our goal is to go above and beyond to meet their needs.

Sarah Cremer

Sarah Cremer, Broker/Owner is a license Broker with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and business sectors. She has held real estate licenses in the Carolina’s in addition to holding current licenses in Pennsylvania, New York and Florida. Most recently, she served as the Supervisor of Land for Williams in Northeast PA, overseeing employees and contractors responsible for acquiring rights- of-way, land leases and fee real estate purchases.

Prior to this, Sarah managed acquisition and land matters for Progress Energy and Duke Energy in the Carolinas. She also worked for several land organizations in both supervisory and independent contract roles throughout the Northeast of the US, including Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Massachusetts. Sarah began her career in residential and commercial real estate in Florida in 2004, ultimately serving as Vice-President of Sales. She has a strong background in real estate, land valuation, project/program management, and sales and marketing. Sarah lives in Lackawanna County and is knowledgeable of real estate in Lackawanna, Wyoming, Luzerne and Susquehanna counties.

Donald Cunningham

Licensed PA and NY Realtor/Owner

Donald Cunningham, Licensed PA and NY Realtor/Owner is a real estate sales leader in Susquehanna County and surrounding areas, and held previous positions with Across Country Realty and Weichert Realtors. Prior to real estate, Don held both management and ownership positions with several companies including Fortune 500 firms in the United States, and abroad in Europe.

He managed large scale events in competitive urban markets such as Los Angeles and London, United Kingdom. Don has a strong background in business, real estate and entrepreneurial ventures. As a resident of Susquehanna County, Don has sold both residential and commercial real estate throughout Northeast PA and Southern Tier NY.
